Submit a complaint

Email info@os-sota.ru with your name, account/order number, category, facts, requested outcome and relevant evidence. Do not email full card details, passwords or unnecessary identity documents.

Our process

We acknowledge the complaint, investigate seller, payment, production and carrier records, and respond within the period required by applicable law. Urgent product-safety and unauthorised-payment reports receive priority.

Escalation

If the result is unresolved, a consumer may use the court, consumer-protection, payment-dispute or data-protection process available under mandatory local law. These terms do not remove those rights.
