Product-specific information

The product page must identify the product/SKU, material, dimensions, intended use, care instructions, manufacturer and, where required, the responsible economic operator. Warnings shown on the product, packaging or accompanying document form part of the safety information.

EU sales

A product may be offered in the EU only after its manufacturer, EU responsible person, postal and electronic contacts, risk assessment, technical documentation and required language information are verified for the exact SKU. Generic Prodigi eligibility is not sufficient.

Traceability and incidents

Keep the order confirmation, product identifier and packaging until satisfied with the product. Report injury, fire, chemical reaction, structural failure or another safety incident immediately to info@os-sota.ru with the order number and photographs. Stop using the item where continued use may be unsafe.

Recall

If a corrective action or recall is required, ASTORIS will contact affected customers using order records and publish clear instructions. Customers must not be charged for a mandatory safety remedy.
