Data and purposes

We process account and contact details, delivery address, order contents, payment status and identifiers, correspondence, consent records, device/security logs and product configuration. We use them to form and perform the contract, collect payment, manufacture and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud, comply with tax and accounting duties, establish legal claims and, with consent where required, measure or market the service.

Legal bases

Depending on the jurisdiction, processing relies on performance of a contract, steps requested before a contract, compliance with law, legitimate interests in security and service operation, and consent for optional analytics or direct marketing. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing.

Recipients

Necessary data may be shared with the payment provider displayed at checkout, Prodigi group companies and fulfilment partners, carriers, hosting and email providers, professional advisers and authorities where legally required. We do not sell customer personal data.

Production and delivery can require data to be processed in the United Kingdom, EEA, United States, Australia and other fulfilment locations. We use applicable contractual and legal safeguards and disclose the active production route before enabling a destination. Sales to a territory remain disabled until required transfer mechanisms and representatives are documented.

Retention

Order, payment, tax and dispute records are kept for mandatory limitation and accounting periods. Support and security records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary. Production files and delivery data are deleted or anonymised under partner retention schedules unless longer retention is legally required.

Your rights

Subject to local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, withdraw consent and complain to a competent data-protection authority. We may verify identity before responding.

Russian personal-data requirements

The seller maintains the notices, local policies and cross-border-transfer assessment required for its active processing routes. Checkout must remain disabled until those operational filings and storage arrangements are confirmed.

Children

The store is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect a child's data without the authorisation required by applicable law.
