The contract terms for physical made-to-order products sold through ASTORIS.

1. Seller

2. Scope and contract
These terms apply to physical products identified on an ASTORIS product page. Product details, destination, delivery charge, taxes collected by us and the final total shown immediately before payment form part of the contract. A contract is concluded when we accept the paid order and send an order confirmation. We may refund and decline an order that cannot lawfully or reliably be fulfilled.
3. Products
Products are made to order by approved production partners. Minor differences between screen colours and the printed product are possible. Material, dimensions, care information, production route and safety information shown on the product page take priority over general marketing copy.
4. Price and payment
The checkout states the currency, product price, delivery charge, collected taxes and total before the customer incurs an obligation to pay. No recurring payment is created. The payment provider is identified at checkout. Production starts only after verified payment.
5. Delivery
We sell only to destinations enabled at checkout. Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly stated. The Shipping policy explains delays, tracking, loss and address errors.
6. Cancellation and returns
Cancellation, statutory withdrawal, defective products and refunds are governed by the Returns policy. Printing after an order does not by itself remove a consumer's mandatory withdrawal right. Any exception for a personalised product applies only where the item is genuinely made to the customer's individual specifications and the law permits the exception.
7. Defects and legal guarantees
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. If a product arrives damaged, materially different from its description or defective, contact us promptly with the order number and evidence reasonably needed to investigate. We will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include replacement, repair, price reduction or refund.
8. Intellectual property
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer rights in the artwork, brand, source files or product photography. Customers receive the right to own and use the purchased physical item for lawful personal purposes.
9. Liability and force majeure
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not responsible for indirect commercial loss in a consumer purchase or for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, but we will still provide mandatory cancellation, delivery and refund remedies.
10. Governing rules and complaints
Russian law governs the seller's operations. A consumer retains any mandatory protection granted by the law of their habitual residence. Complaints may be submitted under the Complaints policy.
